All it will cost is the price of a stamp.

When T was in elementary school we would cut out Box Tops, take it to the school and in turn the school would get money.  (Go to Box Top Products for more information.)

While going through my pantry today I noticed that I was throwing away money.  So what I have planned to do and I hope my blogger buddies in the States will think this is cool and follow suit, is to collect them.  I will call our local elementary school and ask if they partake in the Box Tops program, put it all in an envelope and mail it to them.

For 44c we can be giving back so much to our schools.  Just another great way to volunteer.

  1. You are so right. I throw these away all the time without cutting them and giving them to school. And my daughter is in elementary school... **hangs head in shame**

  2. Do you know how much the schools get from this. (I should just click on the link you made. :))

Thanks for posting this. Schools need every dime they can get.

BTW, I've tagged you or given you a blog award over on my blog. Come on buy if you please.

  3. @ Brooke ~ no worries just make sure you start doing it now... otherwise I will be issuing bitch slaps and then handing out wine.

@ Brent ~ my understanding is that each little square is worth 10c. It does all add up in the end.

  4. oops clicked too soon... Brent thank you for my award, I will respond tomorrow.

Comment Love.
